I am an experienced Exercise Science professional with a passion for ongoing learning which informs my coaching and exercise intervention with clients. I have the belief that mental and physical performance is built on a foundation of health. I pride myself on practicing what I preach and being an example of functional fitness and good health which my clients can identify with and learn from. However, for me the sport or the end goal is not the most important part, it is the process – the ability to pass on information in a way for it to be meaningful enough for each person to internalise this knowledge and skills to improve themselves and gain mastery and a sense of autonomy. I have a history of service in the Defence Force in the Army Reserves and have an extensive career in Strength and Conditioning which started professionally in 2007
