WHAT IS THE GROUND FORCE METHOD?

A revolutionary training method that combines functional movement, pain-free training and spectacular results.

GOAL

Using the body as a single unit is the main goal of the Ground Force Method. We have met many athletes who had impressive muscle structure, but lacked the functionality of a well-built body.

The Birth of the Method

It was developed through work with injured athletes and average students for whom movement had lost its joy due to pain.

ORIGIN

The Ground Force Method was born out of necessity. When pain is present, goals fade away, and primarily the enjoyment and playfulness of movement is lost, becomes unattainable.

STRUCTURE

As FMS certified professionals, we believe in the rules of the movement system and follow them. We have arranged all exercises in a logical order, and added games to them for fun and playfulness.
